I had a wonderful stay at the hotel for 10 nights, enjoying a peaceful and relaxing environment with lovely gardens and a pool. The staff were attentive and the food was fantastic, eliminating the need to explore other dining options. However, my experience at the Perennial for a short stopover was disappointing due to some maintenance issues and lackluster service, especially for a hotel priced on the higher end. If you’re looking for a serene getaway, I’d recommend one property, but for airport convenience, another choice might be better.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when we arrived late due to a flight cancellation, and I was pleasantly surprised by the charming villa we were given. The proximity to Nai Yang Beach was fantastic, making our stay even more enjoyable. While the restaurant offered delicious food, it would have been nice to have a few more dining options nearby. Overall, it’s a great place to relax, especially for those flying from Phuket.

My stay at the Perennial Resort was truly delightful! It's ideally located just minutes from the airport, making it super convenient. The room I had was very comfortable and came with lovely amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed my time by the beautiful pool and wandering through the lovely gardens. Plus, the fresh breakfast was a highlight! On the downside, my room had some bugs, which was a bit annoying, but overall, it didn’t take away too much from the experience.
